Layne McLin was born in Baton Rouge and raised in Livingston, Louisiana. A former collegiate baseball player, he discovered his passion for physical therapy while rehabilitating from a baseball injury of his own.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2023. He went on to obtain his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University in May 2026. He is a licensed physical therapist with post-graduate certifications in dry needling and spinal manipulation.

He is passionate about designing individualized treatment plans centered on evidence-based interventions to help patients regain function, improve performance, and return to their favorite hobbies, work responsibilities, and daily activities. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys spending time with his wife, playing golf, and cheering on the LSU Tigers.
