Cypress Physical Therapy is proud to welcome Bridget Beninato, Physical Therapist Assistant, to our team.
A native of Kenner, Louisiana, Bridget graduated from Delgado Community College in New Orleans with her Associate’s Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2005. Early in her career, she gained extensive experience working in a variety of healthcare environments, including nursing homes, home health, acute care hospitals, rehabilitation hospitals, assisted and independent living facilities, and long-term acute care settings.
In 2017, Bridget discovered her passion for outpatient physical therapy, where she enjoys building relationships with patients and guiding them through their recovery process. She has advanced training in several therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy for cervical, lumbar, and sacroiliac conditions, Kinesio and RockTape techniques, Blood Flow Restriction (BFR), the McKenzie Method, Mulligan Concept, post-operative orthopedic care, myofascial release (cupping), and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) using the Graston technique.
Throughout her 17-year career, Bridget has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to putting patient care first.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching her son Brenden play football and run track, and relaxing with her beloved fur babies.
We’re thrilled to have Bridget as part of the Cypress Physical Therapy family!
