Cypress Physical Therapy is excited to welcome Jordan to our growing team as our Referral & Patient Benefit Manager. In this role, Jordan helps support both our patients and referring providers, making sure the process of getting started with physical therapy is as smooth and straightforward as possible.

Born and raised in Denham Springs, Louisiana, Jordan is a graduate of Denham Springs High School and has always had a passion for the medical field and a heart for serving her community. Joining Cypress Physical Therapy gives her the opportunity to bring those interests together while making a difference in the experience of patients throughout their care.

As Referral & Patient Benefit Manager, Jordan plays an important role in helping patients understand and navigate their benefits while also supporting the referral process and maintaining strong communication with healthcare providers. Her work helps ensure patients have the information and assistance they need to take the next step toward feeling and moving better.

Jordan is especially excited about the opportunity to grow alongside Cypress Physical Therapy and build meaningful relationships with our patients, providers, and the communities we serve. She is proud to be part of a team that puts patients first and works together to provide exceptional care across South Louisiana.

When she’s not at Cypress, Jordan enjoys spending time at the baseball field, making memories with family and friends, and traveling whenever she gets the chance. She’s always ready to check another destination off her bucket list.
