Mandeville, LA – Cypress Physical Therapy will open its 7th location in Louisiana in July 2026 in Mandeville following a recent opening in Kenner last year. Mandeville will make the 8th location, including one in Orange, Texas, for the growing physical therapy provider with plans for expansion across the Gulf Coast. 

The Mandeville location will feature the same modern, state-of-the-art look and feel Cypress patients have come to expect with a large open gym space, private treatment rooms and an open reception style creating a welcoming environment as soon as a patient walks through the doors. The Mandeville location’s treatment gym is an open space allowing for multiple treatment options that can be tailored to each patient’s individual treatment plan. Cypress’ EVERGREEN wellness services will be added to the location later in 2027 that will include several advanced therapies currently available at other clinics in the Cypress network. 

Cypress – Mandeville will be the second location led by partner Jonathan Pecoraro who has led the Hammond clinic since it opened in 2021. Jonathan obtained his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at LSU Health Science Center in New Orleans in 2011 and his bachelor’s degree at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge in 2008, where he studied Kinesiology with a focus in Human Movement Science.  His post-graduate certifications include dry needling and various manual therapy techniques, including spinal manipulation.

Cypress Physical Therapy opened its first location in LaPlace, LA in 2016 and soon partnered with Dustin Roussel to open a clinic in Gramercy, LA less than one year later. Immediately before the pandemic, Cypress partnered with Jonathan Pecoraro to open a location in Hammond, LA and worked through the pandemic to open in February 2021, holding construction design and update meetings by Zoom. In 2022, Cypress partnered with Phillip Richard to open its first location outside Louisiana in Orange, TX. 2023 brought Cypress to Luling and in 2024, Cypress purchased Revive Physical Therapy and brought on Jeremy Catoire as the partner for their new clinic in Gonzales. In 2025, Cypress expanded its Luling clinic and opened the Kenner location.
