Leanne (Louque) Millet obtained her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in 2003, graduating with Summa cum Laude honors. She went on to earn her Certification in Hand Therapy in 2009. Her post-graduate certifications also include Kinesiotaping Applications and Augmentative Soft-tissue Mobilization.
Leanne has a passion for hand to elbow rehabilitation and has served the River Parishes and surrounding areas for the past 18 years. She is able to treat the most complex of hand and distal limb traumatic injuries. She is able to fabricate custom orthotics, tailored to the patients’ specific needs pre-and post-operatively. Leanne has treated professional, collegiate, and high school athletes. She has worked alongside several Board Certified Hand Surgeons in Southeast Louisiana, where she continues her professional collaborative relationships with them for the best outcomes for the patients.
Leanne is a Hester, LA native, where she currently resides with her husband Darren and their three sons. She attended Riverside Academy in Reserve, LA, graduating Valedictorian. Leanne’s personal and professional career goals center around God, family, and helping others. She is honored to provide hand therapy rehabilitation to the River Parish region.
