Dr. Ian Pryor is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy and Clinical Director with two years of experience specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation, manual therapy, and dry needling. He earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, and completed his undergraduate studies in Exercise and Sport Science at Texas Tech University.

Ian is passionate about providing individualized, hands-on care with a focus on restoring mobility, reducing pain, improving quality of life, and helping patients return to the activities they love. His clinical interests include working with geriatric and orthopedic populations, as well as athletes and dancers, drawing from his experience in a clinic that frequently treated baseball players and ballet performers.

His patient-centered approach emphasizes manual therapy and tailored exercise programs that treat each person as an individual—not just a diagnosis.

Using his knowledge of dry needling, Ian is able to decrease muscle tension and tightness to improve pain in various muscles throughout the body, as well as being able to treat a variety of diagnoses and ailments, such as migraines, tension headaches, plantar fasciitis, achilles heel tendonitis, hip pain, low back pain, neck pain, and many more.

Ian was inspired to pursue physical therapy after recovering from a football-related knee injury in high school. That personal experience shaped his dedication to helping others heal. Outside of the clinic, Ian enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and exercising in and out of the gym.
