
Bridget Beninato was born and raised in Kenner, LA, where she attended Alfred Bonnabel High School. She then went onto college to pursue her degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Delgado in New Orleans. She graduated with an Associates Degree in 2005, just one month before Hurricane Katrina. At that time, she began to travel out of state persuing her career in Nursing Homes, Home Health, Acute and Rehab hospitals, Independent and Assisted Living facilities, as well as Long Term Acute Care facilities. In 2017, Bridget found a new love for Outpatient Physical Therapy bringing her closer to home.
She has training and knowledge in manual techniques for Cervical, Lumbar and Sacroiliac diagnoses, Kensio and Rocktape Technique, BFR (Blood Flow Restriction), McKenzie Method, Mulligan Concept, Pot-op Orthopedic Care, Myofascial Release (Cupping) and IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Massage) utilizing Graston technique amongst other techniques.
In her 17 years as a Physical Therapist Assistant, Bridget has been proven to have an inner passion to put her patient care on the forefront with utmost concern. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching her son Brenden do what he loves most playing football and running track and snuggling with her fur babies.
