Buddy serves Cypress Physical Therapy as its Managing Partner. Since 2016, Buddy has worked to bring the idea of Cypress to life, transforming it from a budget sketch on his phone’s notes app to a multi-state rehab, recovery and wellness enterprise. As a serial entrepreneur, former elected official, and public administrator, Buddy brings vast management, marketing, and strategic planning experience to Cypress.

Buddy completed his undergrad at Tulane University and received his Master of Public Administration at the University of Louisiana – Monroe. Buddy is an IEDC certified international economic developer and certified destination management executive. Buddy is a member of the Administrators Council of the American Physical Therapy Association and serves as a member of the NOCCA Foundation.

In 2010, Boe founded Invictus Solutions specializing in public relations and business development.  Additionally, Buddy owns Boe and Company (operator of Buddy B’s Restaurant and Ormond Manor), Invictus Cypress Enterprises, Invictus Properties, and Invictus Cypress Properties. Previously, Buddy served as Senior Advisor and Communications Director for the Lieutenant Governor of Louisiana. Buddy was elected to the St. John the Baptist Parish Council in South Louisiana at 29 years old. From 2009 to 2016, Buddy served as the Chief Administrative Officer, Communications Director and Public Information Officer in both St. Charles and St. John Parishes.

Buddy has participated in several national and local leadership programs, including: Harvard’s John F. Kennedy School Executive Academy, HIVE/Change.org Global Young Leaders Program, Delta Regional Authority Leadership Institute,  Leadership Louisiana, Norman C. Francis Leadership Institute, Loyola Institute of Politics, New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute, and was named Changemaker of the Year in South Louisiana.

He exercises a lot so he can eat more and occasionally can be found smoking a cigar on his back porch. His favorite spot on the planet, so far, is the Piazza della Rotondo by the Pantheon in Rome and he plans to return to Pamplona, Spain to run with the bulls again. He lives in Lutcher, LA with his husband.
