Casey Sutton, PTA
Casey was born and raised in Destrehan where she attended and graduated from Destrehan High School. After graduating High school, she moved to St. Amant and completed her Associate degree at RPCC in General Studies in 2010. After working as a Physical Therapy Tech for 5 years in an Outpatient setting, Casey went on to complete her Associate degree of Applied Science from Delgado Community College and received her PTA License in 2018. She worked as a licensed PTA in an Outpatient setting for 2 years in the Gonzales area and acquired many skills progressing therex and working toward patient goals for their return to an enjoyable, functional life.
Casey is also a PRN employee of Synergy LLC, and works part-time for the Veteran's Home in Reserve, La. She enjoys working with a variety of patients and understands the importance of injuries in young athletes, as she played soccer and softball for 12 years. Her first priority is working towards long and short term goals and focusing on patient education to better themselves in and outside of therapy. Casey joined the Cypress team in April of 2020, and will continue to motivate, educate, and focus on getting people back to what they love to do.
